FOUNDATION CLASS (30 MIN TOTAL)
Minimum 1 session required before attending any Pilates Reformer class
Foundation class orients students in a safe operation of the reformers used in group classes and introduces them to a systematic order and choreography of the exercises. Students will learn 5 important principals of Pilates on Reformer to prepare themselves for reformer classes.
This is a mandatory class for all Absolute Pilates first-timers - even if you have attended other Pilates Reformer classes before.
FIT & TONE (60 MIN TOTAL)
Shape every curve and define each muscle! Through a dynamic blend of resistance and controlled movements, you'll engage your core, lengthen muscles, and build lean strength from head to toe.
CORE & SPINE (60 MIN TOTAL)
Dive into the foundations of your strength! Targeting your entire core, from abs to lower back, with a mix of exercises that stabilize and lengthen your spine, feel the burn as you build a strong foundation, helping you stand taller and move with confidence. It’s a fun and focused way to strengthen your center.
STRENGTH & STRETCH (60 MIN TOTAL)
Discover the harmony between muscle-building and flexibility! This whole-body workout combines challenging strength exercises with deep stretches to keep you balanced and energized. Come out feeling strong and rejuvenated.
LENGTHEN & LEAN (60 MIN TOTAL)
Lengthen your muscles and lean into a more toned physique! Targeting the upper body, this class blends stretches with strengthening exercises to help you achieve that long, lean look. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and sculpted!
FUNCTIONAL & MOVEMENT (60 MIN TOTAL)
Enhance your daily motions! Designed to help you move better in daily life, this class focuses on natural movement patterns. From reaching to squatting, you'll strengthen key muscles and improve your agility in a way that's both effective and fun. It’s the class that brings Pilates to life!
CARDIO CIRCUIT (60 MIN TOTAL)
Get your heart rate going as you sculpt your body! A dynamic class that infuses traditional Pilates reformer exercises with high-energy cardio bursts. This class will challenge your agility, coordination, and stamina, leaving you feeling energized and invigorated.

Focusing on flexibility, balance and joint mobility. Classes include various styles of yoga classes such as Hatha Yoga, De-stress Yoga, Office Syndrome Yoga and more.
HATHA YOGA (60 MIN TOTAL)
A class that explores basic poses, breath work, and alignment to promote flexibility and balance. It is a slower-paced class. Great for beginners with enough variety for all yogis.
DE-STRESS YOGA (60 MIN TOTAL)
By focusing on breathing, the mind develops focus, bringing strength and calmness. A full mind and body union is required for each yoga pose and naturally results in a higher state of mind. An opening of tightness from many areas also reduces tensions in our body leading to enhanced blood circulation.
OFFICE SYNDROME YOGA (60 MIN TOTAL)
This class helps fix common problems caused by sitting at a desk all day long. We'll get your blood flowing, and we'll tire you out as we stretch your shoulders, strengthen your back, relax your legs, and open your hips.
ANTI-AGING YOGA (60 MIN TOTAL)
When you start practicing yoga, you start aging backwards. Your body gets longer, stronger, and better equipped to thrive regardless of your age. This Vinyasa-based class is designed to get you moving, to get your blood flowing and to help increase circulation. The poses target areas of the body most effected by aging: we'll tighten your abs & arms, lift your butt, and then lengthen your body.

Building strength of your overall body especially the core, upper body, and legs. Classes include Vinyasa Yoga, 6-Pack Abs Mat Pilates and Power Prop Yoga with various props such as Toning Ball and Foam Roller.

A fast-paced and dynamic yoga class designed to use various accessories (Foam Roller, Flex ball, Toning ball or Flex band) to help push your practice to the next level. You’ll add in light weights and resistance tools to help sculpt your body while creating flexibility and openness.
6-PACK ABS MAT PILATES (60 MIN TOTAL)
A Mat Pilates workout with fun and challenging exercises using various accessories (Foam Roller, Flex ball, Toning ball or Flex band) to optimize your core strength and endurance.

FIRM BUTT MAT PILATES (60 MIN TOTAL)
A Mat Pilates workout designed to lift and tighten your butt through the aesthetic and athleticism of Pilates, with the use of various accessories (Foam Roller, Flex ball, Toning ball or Flex band) to take your body to the next level.
S-WAISTLINE MAT PILATES (60 MIN TOTAL)
A Mat Pilates workout using various accessories (Foam Roller, Flex ball, Toning ball or Flex band) designed to sculpt your abs & waist into that shape people dream of.
LEAN LEGS MAT PILATES (60 MIN TOTAL)
A comprehensive Mat Pilates workout focusing on lower body utilizing the use of various accessories (Foam Roller, Flex ball, Toning ball or Flex band) for a leaner, longer and stronger legs.
TONED ARMS MAT PILATES (60 MIN TOTAL)
A comprehensive Mat Pilates principal exercises which target your upper extremities utilizing the use of various accessories (Foam Roller, Flex ball, Toning ball or Flex band) designed to tone and giving your arm definition without bulk.

HOT YOGA (75-90 MIN TOTAL)
Our ABSOLUTE YOU signature hot series of 50 yoga poses practiced in a room heated to 38°C -40°C. Great for beginners with added "spice" for the regular hot yogis.
FAT BURNING YOGA (60 MIN TOTAL)
Get ready to move in this cardio-based yoga class. We'll work through a 60-minute flow focusing on familiar asanas practiced at a quick pace. You'll sweat, you'll burn calories, and you'll tighten your abs, arms, butt and thighs.
DETOX YOGA (60 MIN TOTAL)
Take the next step in your practice with more dynamic flow of postures. Slightly faster paced than Hot Yoga, includes some of the same foundational poses. The room is heated to 30°C
HOT MAT PILATES (60 MIN TOTAL)
Hot Pilates is a challenging full-body workout using the Pilates principles practiced in heated room. Its high intensity, low impact format, designed to strengthen muscles without the pounding of high impact workouts.
