Pilates Reformer

At Absolute Pilates, enjoy a unique group class experience on a pilates reformer. Our classes are designed to give you a faster, functional and athletic exercise that stays true to the core principles of Pilates, with an immersive experience.

Reformer Class Types.

Please note that all first-timers are required to take a Foundation class before attending All Levels classes.

  • FOUNDATION CLASS (30 MIN TOTAL)

    Minimum 1 session required before attending any Pilates Reformer class

    Foundation class orients students in a safe operation of the reformers used in group classes and introduces them to a systematic order and choreography of the exercises. Students will learn 5 important principals of Pilates on Reformer to prepare themselves for reformer classes.

    This is a mandatory class for all Absolute Pilates first-timers - even if you have attended other Pilates Reformer classes before.

  • ESSENTIAL ABS + ARMS (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A fun, moderate-intensity class that teaches the fundamental principles of Pilates, emphasizing toning up your core "powerhouse" and giving your arms definition.

    ESSENTIAL BUTT + THIGHS (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A fun, moderate-intensity class that teaches the fundamental principles of Pilates with a core focus on lower body workout.

    ESSENTIAL FIT + TONE (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A total body workout to shape and tone your body, making it long & lean. Different exercises are conducted in each class to make it fun & exciting.

    REFORMER STRETCH (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A class which focuses more on stretching to open up muscles and joints to help relax the body and mind.

  • CIRCUIT ABS + ARMS (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A higher intensity class that uses 2 sets of each exercise to improve endurance and effectively strengthen, tone , shape of your abs & arms.

    CIRCUIT BUTT + THIGHS (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A higher intensity class that uses 2 sets of each exercise to improve endurance and effectively strengthen the lower body.

What to Bring to Pilates Classes?

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes. 

  • Grip Socks are mandatory for all Pilates classes

  • Bring a water bottle

If you’ve forgotten to bring your socks: fear not, you can purchase one at the studio. 

We have a strict no-phones-in-class policy. Please leave your phone in your locker or on silent mode, so that you and everyone around you can enjoy your workout without any distractions.

How to Check-in 

  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to sign in and prepare. 

  • If you’re new to Absolute, we recommend arriving early to get set up. 

Please note: Foundation Class is mandatory for all First-Timers at Absolute. If it’s your first time at our studio, make sure to sign up for a Foundation Class to familiarize yourself with our equipment before class starts.

Pilates Wunda Chair

We’re the first studio in Asia to bring the newest exercise trend, the Pilates Chair, to a group class setting. Pilates Chair classes help increase your stability, mobility, and overall strength while developing mind-body awareness.

  • (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A fun class design to combine both exercises on Chair & Matwork. The Mat workout using your own body weight, while the Chair adds resistance to the Pilates exercises via the use of the springs that form part of the machine.

  • (60 MIN TOTAL)

    This class helps cultivate a strong and flexible core empowering your body from within.

  • (60 MIN TOTAL)

    A workout that targets each muscle on the body in all planes of motion to improve.
