ABSOLUTE was developed out of a desire to share the benefits and joys of fitness with everyone.
Established in 2002, we now have over 12 studios in Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong reaching with more than 100,000 members. We are set apart by our teaching methodology and highly-qualified instructors, all of which have undergone training at Absolute Academy to ensure quality and consistency.
In Thailand, Absolute is the pioneer of the Pilates Reformer, Rhythm Cycling and Yoga, being the first to recognise how the exercises complemented each other; providing a balanced workout regime for a stronger body.
