Pilates Reformer
At Absolute Pilates, enjoy a unique group class experience on a pilates reformer. Our classes are designed to give you a faster, functional and athletic exercise that stays true to the core principles of Pilates, with an immersive experience.

FOUNDATION CLASS (30 MIN TOTAL)
Minimum 1 session required before attending any Pilates Reformer class
Foundation class orients students in a safe operation of the reformers used in group classes and introduces them to a systematic order and choreography of the exercises. Students will learn 5 important principals of Pilates on Reformer to prepare themselves for reformer classes.
This is a mandatory class for all Absolute Pilates first-timers - even if you have attended other Pilates Reformer classes before.

FIT & TONE (60 MIN TOTAL)
Shape every curve and define each muscle! Through a dynamic blend of resistance and controlled movements, you'll engage your core, lengthen muscles, and build lean strength from head to toe.
STRENGTH & STRETCH (60 MIN TOTAL)
Discover the harmony between muscle-building and flexibility! This whole-body workout combines challenging strength exercises with deep stretches to keep you balanced and energized. Come out feeling strong and rejuvenated.
CARDIO CIRCUIT (60 MIN TOTAL)
Get your heart rate going as you sculpt your body! A dynamic class that infuses traditional Pilates reformer exercises with high-energy cardio bursts. This class will challenge your agility, coordination, and stamina, leaving you feeling energized and invigorated.
Butt & Burn (60 MIN TOTAL)
Lift, tone, and fire up your glutes, butts and thighs! Feel the burn as you push through controlled resistance exercises that target your lower body.
Upper Body & Core (60 MIN TOTAL)Sculpt and strengthen your abs and arms! This class focuses on core stability and upper-body endurance, helping you build definition, power, and control.

What to Bring to Pilates Classes?
Wear comfortable workout clothes.
Grip Socks are mandatory for all Pilates classes
Bring a water bottle
If you’ve forgotten to bring your socks: fear not, you can purchase one at the studio.
We have a strict no-phones-in-class policy. Please leave your phone in your locker or on silent mode, so that you and everyone around you can enjoy your workout without any distractions.
How to Check-in
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to sign in and prepare.
If you’re new to Absolute, we recommend arriving early to get set up.
Please note: Foundation Class is mandatory for all First-Timers at Absolute. If it’s your first time at our studio, make sure to sign up for a Foundation Class to familiarize yourself with our equipment before class starts.

We’re the first studio in Asia to bring the newest exercise trend, the Pilates Chair, to a group class setting. Pilates Chair classes help increase your stability, mobility, and overall strength while developing mind-body awareness.

This Chair workout hits every muscle with laser focus and non-stop reps. You'll shake, you'll sweat, and you'll love the burn!
WUNDA CHAIR : Strength (60 MIN TOTAL)
Power up with controlled, resistance-driven movements that build full-body strength. This class focuses on stability, and muscle endurance, helping you develop strength for everyday movement and performance.
