Where Do I Begin?

Book your first class.

All class bookings can be booked online via Absolute App, Website, or via the front desk.

What class should I start with?

All first-timers on a DROP-IN or TRIAL package should attend a Foundation Classes. This is mandatory for everyone to attend (even if you have been to other similar studios).

After at least 1 Foundation class, you may try to attend classes indicated as “ALL LEVELS”.

When can I book classes?

Our booking system opens from 7AM-11PM daily. You can reserve your spot in class anytime via the App.

How many classes can I book?

You can book up to 7 classes per week.

This is to prevent “block bookings” by members who book several classes in the week without intention of attending them all.

Prepare yourself.

What do I wear?

Workout in style! We suggest wearing form-fitting leggings or shorts and a light breathable top.

For Pilates, please make sure you bring your grip socks. They are mandatory for class and are available for purchase at our studio.

For Cycling, towels and cycling shoes are provided at the studio. If you have your own shoes, our pedals are compatible with Look Keo cleats. Bring socks!

Before the Class.

Hydrate: Staying hydrated is key. Be sure you drink enough water before, during and after your class. If you forgot a bottle, water is available to purchase at the studio.

Eat: Please do not workout on a fasted state. We recommend eating a meal a few hours before or a light snack up to an hour before the ride to ensure your sugar levels are not too low. We want you to feel energised and pumped up!

Gear Up: Workout in style! We suggest wearing form-fitting leggings or shorts and a light breathable top. 

What to Bring.

Just your smile and a positive attitude! We’ve got you covered on all other fronts. We sell water at the studio if you forgot your bottle, and we provide everything from cycling shoes to face and bath towels, shower and grooming amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, deodorant, etc.)

Studio Etiquette.

Arrive early.

Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes before class and check-in at the Front Desk.

If you are a *first-timer, please inform our staff, and they will take you around the studio

*Remember, all first-time riders are required to take a Foundation Class before joining their first class!

5 Mins Before Class.

Five minutes before the start of the class, we will release the bikes/reformers of those who have not arrived yet. 

These bikes/reformers will be made available to Walk-In customers first.​

If you did not check-in before the 5-minute mark, you will be marked as NO SHOW and 1 class credit will be deducted.

Help! I can’t make it for class!

No Show policy.

If you do not check-in at the front desk at least 5 minutes before the start of the class, you will be considered a NO SHOW. A credit will be deducted, and your bike will be given to someone on the walk-in list or waitlist.

Cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your class, you can without penalty 6 hours before your class.​

For example, if you booked a class at 7:00PM on Tuesday and wish to cancel it, you must do so by 1:00PM on that day.

​This includes when you get automatically added from the waitlist.
