Strength Training Class Types.

UPPER BODY (50 MIN TOTAL)
A focused upper-body session combining push and pull movements to build strength, control, and shoulder stability. Expect presses, rows, and smart accessory work with quality tempo.
LOWER BODY (50 MIN TOTAL)
Develop strong, powerful legs through squats, hinges, and unilateral work. This class emphasizes technique, balance, and lower-body strength that carries over into everyday movement.
TOTAL BODY (50 MIN TOTAL)
A full-body strength workout integrating compound lifts and supportive accessory work. Balanced, efficient, and challenging — ideal for building overall strength and coordination.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING (50 MIN TOTAL)
Strength-focused training paired with short conditioning finishers to elevate heart rate and work capacity. Expect controlled lifts, purposeful tempo, and a strong finish.

We have a strict no-phones-in-class policy. Please leave your phone in your locker or on silent mode, so that you and everyone around you can enjoy your workout without any distractions.
How to Check-in
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to sign in and prepare.
If you’re new to Absolute, we recommend arriving early to get set up.
